Friends come and go. I have truly realized that through the years. You know when you meet someone who you will be friends with forever, I have found that in Tawnee and Laura. I met them through life house (a group of married couples that meet once a week and talk about how we grew and what we learning in church that week) Without our church and the friends we have made through it I don't know where Stephen and I would be today. I'm so thankful for these friends God has put in my life. Moving away from Lubbock will be hard, leaving these friends and our church will be even harder. I have been able to grow with them and learn from them. This weekend we were all able to get away from our crazy lives and have a girls weekend full of relaxation. Friday we just relaxed, went on a power walk, talked about baby name (then I later learning neither of them liked my first choice for my girls name...haha), baked a cake in celebration of Tawnee's Birthday, Laura's graduation and me moving then we and watched a movie. Saturday we went and got a message, took the dart down town and went the aquarium, after we did a little shopping (only because we got off on the wrong stop) then went to dinner at Taco Diner, took the dart home and went out on a spider hunt. The next two days we spent with Tawnee's family, we laid out by the pool, went to dinner and then a movie! We headed back to Lubbock the next day. I'm so blessed to have such great friends, this was a great way to say goodbye. I will miss them more then anything, but i know through the years we will keep in touch and visit as often as we can. I love you both
p.s. Have a little dart in your life ;)
